According to Art. 13 of the Legislative decree of June 30th of D. Lgs. 196/2013, we inform you that: 1-Source of data: your personal data, that is the data of you society or your institution, as well as data of any third party to whom your purchased products are delivered, have been provided by you through your purchase orders or requests, or they have been collected by third parties, such as authorities managing a public utility or address service providers. 2-Purpose of data handling: the above data are collected, recorded, arranged, stored and used for activities aimed at the drafting of the supply contract with you in person or in negotiation process, including the activities arranged by us for the stipulation of the contract, the acquisition, management and delivery of an order, the formalization, the management and tight control of relationship with our customers, the complying with the formalities and administrative, legal and fiscal obligations regarding your purchases.
More specifically, the above data will be processed by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL to:

1- Data handling modalities: the handling of the data will be carried out on paper or with technology instruments memorized on electronic storage devices located both in Italy or abroad, under the direction and responsibility of the owner and data controller.

Terms and conditions of sale


All the orders and payments are subject to SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL approval, and the contract between SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL and the customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL, that reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the purchase order. The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the customer within the next 48 hours. By placing an order following the provided method, the Costumer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to accept the general Terms and Conditions of purchase, assistance and payment. The customer is not entitled to any damages or compensation, nor any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property, caused by the refusal, even partial, of an order.


All prices are expressed in Euro. Prices may change without notice, but the orders already processed are unaffected by changes. INVOICES AND PAYMENTS The invoice will be issued by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL and the payment of items should be done in Euro either by a bank transfer in advance or by a credit card or through your PayPal account.


SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL reserves the right to change technical specifications of a product without notice, while respecting the safety regulations in force. SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL may exceptionally provide, in case of unavailability of an ordered item, its replacement with another product with the same features or with identical or higher quality characteristics.


In any event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, we are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, and we may terminate or suspend the whole contract or a part of it, or postpone the execution.


SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL shall reserve the right to ship the items through partial deliveries, it being understood that there will be just one charge on shipping costs. Any remaining items will be shipped freight prepaid. Your shipping country makes a difference in delivery time. The estimated delivery time to North or Central Italy is within 24/48 hours, the estimated delivery to South of Italy, islands and less accessible places is within 48/72 hours. Delivery times will be respected unless force majeure, fortuitous events, vacations and holidays, unreachable shipping destination and outstanding purchase order. The shipping costs are automatically calculated while your order is being processed, according to the volume or quantity of the items ordered. You can also customize your own delivery by agreeing with the firm for a shipping extra contribution. Packaging is free.


Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check, in the presence of the carrier, the integrity and the number of packages, and, in case of discrepancies with the quantitative or if the packages are damage, he has to point them out by filling the accompanying document (DDT) that will remain with the carrier. After that, the client must contact the firm’s Customer Service to signal the problem. Any objection or protest about compliance, quality and quantity of the product must be submitted in writing to the Customer Service, via fax or email, within 8 business days after delivery. All the items delivered are original, absolutely new and authentic, delivered in their box with warranty and original documents. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days to request the replacement of the item or the refund. The items must be returned undamaged and complete with all accessories in their original packaging and with adequate external wrapping, otherwise they will be rejected and returned to the sender but the COD service fee. The items are all subject to this procedure, except for the customizable products for which, after the draft approval, the Money Back Guarantee service decays. All returns must be authorized in advance by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL by contacting the Customer Service. SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL will collect the returned goods with its logistics service and for free. SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL reserves the right to request the copies of shipping documents to the customer. If the customer complains that the delivered goods are defective, SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL has the right to choose whether to replace the damaged or defective goods with other non-faulty goods or bear the costs of repair. The right to any form of guarantee decays if the defect or fault of goods is due to misuse, fault or negligence by the customer, or as a consequence of improper storage operations not attributable to SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL and/or the use of non-original parts not provided by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL.


Except as provided in the paragraph “Money, Assistance, Money back Guarantee”, a refund is excluded for any damage suffered by the customer or any third party which is different from any other mentioned above. In no case SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL will be responsible for any indirect damage (including, without limitation, loss of product, loss of profit or revenue, process interruption, loss of information or economic loss) which may arise from the execution of the contractual obligations.


Any costumer who makes use of products and services offered by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL, must accept that any dispute is settled by the Court of Verona.
