POLICY

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA Access to some sections of the site/or requests for information or services from the users of the site may be subject to the insertion of personal data whose processing by SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL (hereafter Simba Riunite Imballaggi), as Data Controller, will take place in accordance with D.Lgs. 196/2003 Code, regarding the protection of personal data (herafter the Code). This information is intended to allow users to know, before the access to various sections of the site and their data, how Simba Riunite Imballaggi treats their personal data and it will be necessary that they take vision before he gives his personal data filling the dedicated spaces in the various sections of the site. Aims of treatment According to the requirements from time to time by accessing the various sections of the site, the purpose of processing personal data provided directly by users through the filling of online forms will be as follows: a) To allow registration on the site, which is required for access to particular sections of the site and to deliver and manage the various services offered. b) Prior consent of the user, and until revocation, for marketing activities (including, but not limited to, sending promotional and advertising communications, analysis of data communicated by registered users, which allow Simba Riunite Imballaggi to improve the services and products offered to its costumers), also via email, fax, mms and sms, prior specific consent and until revocation. c) To send newsletter to receive updates on all the news site, for example on new products and new events. d) Respond to user requests in relation to Simba Riunite Imballaggi products, to advertising, that is to the website (see Contacts section). METHOD OF TREATMENT Personal data will be processed mainly in an automated form, with principles strictly related to the above uses. Nature of communication of personal data The provision of personal information is optional, but it is partly necessary (i.e. for those data whose boxes are indicated by asterisk) in order for Simba Riunite Imballaggi to meet the needs of the user related to the functionality of the site. The failure, partial or inaccurate to provide personal information marked with an asterisk, as necessary for fulfilling your requirements, does not allow such fulfilment. Categories of persons who may become aware of users’ personal data Personal data will be made available to employees or collaborators of the Holder’s Marketing team who, working under the direct authority of the latter, are responsible and in charge of treatment under Articles 29 and 30 of the Code and will receive suitable operational training; the same will happen - through overseers appointed by the owner – with employees or collaborators of the overseers. Communication or dissemination of personal data Personal data supplied by users through the completion of online forms will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, unless the insertion in the site of the names of winners of any competitions or rewards program promoted on the site by Simba Riunite Imballaggi. Owner and overseers of processing “Owner” of personal data is SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL, with registered office in Via Piave 1/96 – 37050 Angiari (VR) ITALY. Overseers of processing are The Marketing Department, at the Owner, in the person of the Direction pro tempore manager, regarding the technical information about the products. Rights of users established by art. 7 of the Code Article 7 “Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights” 1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. 2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information on: a) origin of personal data; b) purposes and methods of treatment; c) logic applied in case of processing with the help of electronic equipment d) identity of the owner, the overseer and the designated representative in the Italian State, where foreseen; e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data can be communicated or who may become aware of as designated representative, overseer or agent in the territory of the Italian State. 3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data in violation of the law, including that which does not require conservation for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations described in above points a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The person concerned has the right to deny in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, although pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The exercise of the above rights may be exercised directly or by giving a written proxy or mandate to individuals or associations. Modality of exercise of rights under Art. 7 and to know the list of Data overseers The user may at any time, exercise the rights under Art. 7 of the Code as well as know the complete list of data overseers by sending an e-mail to the Holder info@simbariunite.it, or a letter by postal mail at: SIMBA PAPER DESIGN SRL, Via Piave 1/96 – 37050 Angiari (VR) ITALY. The user may at any time deny treatment for the purposes referred to in b) through the user’s e-mail address, clicking on a specific "link" present in each e-mail.
